Vincent Seng

Vincent Seng is a Senior AI Engineer at You.com, where he works on building agentic search systems. Previously, Vincent was an AI Engineer at the Government Technology Agency of Singapore, where he led the revamp of SkillsFuture's Fraud Analytics Model. Before that, he was an Algorithm Engineer on Shopee's Anti-Fraud team, where he developed ML risk models for return-refund fraud, and an AI Researcher at DSO National Laboratories working on extractive summarization and cyber threat intelligence.

Vincent earned his Bachelor of Computing (Honours) in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore. He is passionate about building impactful, scalable AI solutions across the full lifecycle.
